I'm an avid outdoor enthusiast. You'll often find me immersed in the serenity of nature, whether I'm exploring local hiking trails, paddling on Lake Simcoe, or simply basking in the warm glow of a bonfire. Nature is my sanctuary, where I find clarity, inspiration, and a deep sense of connection.

Before my journey into brand photography, my heart was set on becoming a veterinarian. I earned a degree in Animal Biology in 2012, and spent 5 years in a veterinary clinic learning as much as I possibly could. My affinity for our furry and feathered friends extends to my own household, where I share my life with Maddie, my 13-year-old rescue dog, and a vibrant flock of five parrots.

I'm deeply rooted in giving back, inspired by my parents' community service. Annually, I commit to the Gutsy Walk committee for Crohn's and Colitis Canada. Additionally, as a Founding Supporter of Mother Daughter Empower, I contribute to empowering the next generation of girls and women.

How It All Started
For a solid decade, I was knee-deep in the hustle and bustle of retail management—a world of its own. Then, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, something changed within me. The inability to be with my friends and family struck a chord, and I realized that life was meant for more than just work. What I craved was the freedom to set my own schedule, to focus on the people who truly matter to me.
And so, in October 2022, I took a leap of faith and launched Brandyn Hollands Photography—a decade-long dream turned into reality. Since then, I've had the incredible privilege of working with remarkable entrepreneurs and brands, helping them shape their image and drive growth. Today, my mission is to extend that same hand to help your brand thrive.
